Penola chapel
Our chapel was constructed by students and teachers of St Paul of the Cross Catholic Primary School and is a peaceful place for prayer and reflection.
Healthy canteen
Our school canteen is currently open five days a week with a menu in accordance with NSW Healthy School Canteen Strategy. Our chef has completed training in food handling and preparation and has current Working With Children Checks. She also makes lots of healthy food from scratch!
Before and after school care
Before and after school care facilities are provided by SCECS. They provide an array of different activities for students. Activities include craft, art, recreational games, cooking, gardening and relaxation. A Vacation Care Program exists during pupil free days and holidays.
Library
Our library is a vibrant space to meet, relax, learn, collaborate and discover more about the world around us. Students have access to a range of age appropriate resources including fiction and non-fiction books, audio books, e-books, websites and games.
Playground
Our beautiful and versatile playground offers areas for children to appreciate and relax in nature or enjoy playing with their friends. Our playground is expanding and we will be welcoming an additional multi-purpose field later in 2025.
Basketball courts
The Student Representative Council (SRC) received feedback from their peers and the decision was made to update our basketball hoops. New equipment was installed late 2024. Images coming soon.
